Maria Poly: Yeah, I can, I can give you one example. At some point in the firm, we were treating all investors as like the same group. They would get the same message from us, the same updates. Then when I started to input more data. It wasn't obvious what's going to happen, but we had much more parameters, which would ask the investor, starting from something personal. Like, "What else you're interested in investing in? When is going to be . . . what's going on in life?" And then investors would start giving us information, you know like, "I'm gonna cash out in like half a year. I have the stocks in this company. This is when I'm going to have extra capital on my hands." Or they would say, "You know, I'm also interested in those secondaries opportunities." So those kinds of piece of information that we would just listen to it and never get into account and or react on it. When I started put this information, we get it full visibility. What's going on with the people who we want to see as our investors.
