Why Customized Investor Communication is Paramount

Dave Muth: These assets will often include some improvement projects on the front end, where we can actually improve long-term asset performance with a little bit of work, whether that be improving drainage or some site cleanup kinds of activities that increase tillable acres etc..

But we want to provide that information and then we also want to pack that sort of communication through a video and an interview style where somebody can help explain that to folks that may not be as familiar and have as much context and so we're absolutely taking advantage of that through the platform.

And then also you know we have to collect quite a bit of information from each individual investor in the process and we can reach out to them directly with information in a context and a forum that they can process as they're able and willing uh certainly also.
