Dave Muth: One of the dynamics right now is we're at a period of time where consumers want to have a deeper understanding of where their food comes from and be more connected with their food than we've seen in the past. That's enabled largely by the level of data that can move through the supply chain and just awareness of how food production can impact ultimate outcomes relative to that consumer. And so there's certainly, we're, we're focused on assets that we can manage organically or meet other kinds of characteristics that are important to consumers right now. Sustainability is really important and we're working on bringing a sustainability standard, called Leading Harvest, to all of our assets. And so that avenue of being able to digitally connect with consumers that find those characteristics of their food production, and then ultimately want to bring capital back to the assets that are producing that way, is certainly one of those avenues that we're, we're building that network and we're working through how to connect with them. And I think that just in general, being able to engage a number of different pathways within the investment community, right? Whether that be service providers that help people but just showing, "Hey, there are ways that you can find yourself getting access to farmland."
